As a young company, we're learning the hard way how unpredictable and sometimes unreliable shipping can be. We are continuously working to optimize shipping; unfortunately once the carrier picks it up, we have little control of it, and worker shortages everywhere are causing unexpected delays. I understand this is frustrating- it is for us, too.
We have updated our expected delivery times to an estimated 5-8 business days to reflect the industry norm and carriers being overwhelmed across the board.
