Per our Shipping Policy, we expect orders to be fulfilled within 2-5 business days and then delivery usually takes 5-8 business days from when the carrier picks it up from our facility in Englewood, Colorado. If your order is taking longer than this, or tracking information seems to show that it's stuck somewhere, contact Customer Support.
Please note that order delays can happen for a variety of reasons and that we're trying our best as a small company working with our shipment partners who may be navigating labor shortages, inclement weather, or any number of factors that can slow down your order.
