Missing packages can be frustrating, but don’t worry! Many times, items tend to turn up for our customers within two days. Here are some things to try:
1.) Check that your shipping address is correct.
Double check your confirmation email to make sure your package was sent to the correct address.
2.) Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.
Boxes may have been left at back doors, hidden behind bushes, or at the address next door.
3.) Give it 48 hours.
Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration, but your package is likely to show up within a couple days of a false scan (or just after the weekend).
4.) Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package if it was brought to your local holding facility.
5.) Contact the Carrier
Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
-To contact FedEx, call 1-800-463-3339.
-For UPS, submit a claim or call 1-866-742-5877.
If you purchased Onward shipping protection, you can file a claim with Onward.
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than five (5) calendar days and no later than thirty (30) calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
- Please note: some order issues may require a police report to be filed.
