Our Flavor-Wrapped Kernels are shipped cold with ice packs (unless it's already cold outside), but there's always a chance that they can get a little too hot and melt in the transit trucks.
This won't affect their popping or their taste, so you can still enjoy them. Just put the pouch in the refrigerator to reset it, then open it and put the contents of the pouch (or 1/3 cup if you have a Big Bag) into the microwave Popper Bowl as you usually would.
Our Peel+Pour Pop Cups would not be affected if the flavor puck in the middle melts. Wait for it to set, then place in the Popper like normal.
If you purchased Onward shipping protection, you can file a claim with Onward within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Please have your order number ready, as well as details and photos of the melted kernels
Photos should include:
- the opened bag showing melted (or rehardened) kernels
We understand that sometimes items get damaged in transit and we will work to resolve the situation quickly. If you are having any popping issues due to melted kernels, please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
